Competitor Registration Terms & Liability Waiver
Event: Helena Classic Bodybuilding & Physique Competition

Promoter: Tuff Fitness LLC (“Helena Classic,” “Promoter,” “we,” “us”)
1) Registration Fees

Day-Of Registration (if available): $180
Additional Category / Crossover Fee

$50 per additional category/division, each additional entry beyond the first.
Late and day-of registration may be limited or closed at any time due to capacity, staffing, timing, or operational requirements.
2) Refunds; Transfers; Payment Disputes

All registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated in writing by the Promoter.

Any payment dispute, chargeback, or reversed transaction may result in disqualification and may restrict future registration.

If the event is postponed, rescheduled, modified, or cancelled due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter may, in its sole discretion, offer a rollover or credit to a future event. The Promoter is not required to provide a refund.

Schedule Changes. The timeline and order of events are subject to change at any time due to competitor count, venue requirements, staffing, safety, or unforeseen circumstances. The Promoter may modify call times, order of classes, stage timing, and related operational details at its sole discretion.
Competitor Responsibility. The competitor is solely responsible for timely attendance at check-in, meetings, staging, and stage calls. Failure to check in by stated deadlines or failure to appear when called may result in disqualification without refund.
4) Age Divisions; Combining Classes
Age Determination. Age is determined as of October 17, 2026.

Masters 40+: competitor must be 40 years of age or older on the event date.

Masters 55+: competitor must be 55 years of age or older on the event date.
Combining Classes. If a division or class has insufficient participation, the Promoter may combine divisions or classes and may adjust the schedule as necessary.
5) Competitor Conduct; Rules Compliance
Competitors shall comply with all instructions provided by the Promoter, stage staff, venue personnel, security, and event officials. The Promoter may, in its sole discretion, disqualify any competitor for unsafe behavior, disorderly conduct, harassment, refusal to follow staff direction, or any conduct that compromises the safety, integrity, or operations of the event.
6) Medical Fitness; Emergency Care Authorization
The competitor represents that they are physically and medically able to participate in and compete at the event. The competitor acknowledges that participation may involve significant physical stress and risk. The competitor is solely responsible for their training methods, preparation practices, hydration and dehydration choices, tanning and oils, and any supplements used.
Emergency Care Authorization. In the event of an emergency, the competitor authorizes the Promoter and or venue personnel to obtain medical assistance on the competitor’s behalf. The competitor is financially responsible for all medical and related costs incurred.
7) Assumption of Risk; Waiver and Release of Liability
The competitor understands that participation in a bodybuilding and physique competition and related event activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to dehydration, dizziness, fainting, muscle cramps, strains, sprains, tears, falls, injury associated with oils and tanning products, backstage congestion, stage slips, and other known and unknown risks.
The competitor voluntarily assumes all risks associated with participation and agrees to waive, release, and hold harmless the Promoter, Tuff Fitness LLC, the venue, sponsors, judges, staff, volunteers, contractors, and any affiliated parties from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from or related to participation, to the fullest extent permitted by law, including claims based on the ordinary negligence of any released party.
MONTANA REQUIRED NOTICE:
By signing this document you may be waiving your legal right to a jury trial to hold the provider legally responsible for any injuries or damages resulting from risks inherent in the sport or recreational opportunity or for any injuries or damages you may suffer due to the provider's ordinary negligence that are the result of the provider's failure to exercise reasonable care.
8) Photo and Video Release
The competitor grants the Promoter the unrestricted right to photograph, film, and record the competitor in connection with the event and to use the competitor’s name, image, likeness, and performance in promotional, marketing, reporting, and media materials in any format, worldwide, without compensation, unless prohibited by law.
9) Intellectual Property; Unauthorized Use
Helena Classic, related logos and graphics, and event materials are proprietary to the Promoter. Unauthorized commercial use of event branding or materials without prior written permission may be prohibited.
10) Governing Law; Severability
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Montana. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
11) Acknowledgment; Electronic Signature
By submitting a registration, checking an agreement box, typing a name as an electronic signature, and or otherwise completing the registration process, the competitor acknowledges that they have read, understand, and agree to be bound by this Competitor Registration Terms & Liability Waiver, and that all information provided is accurate and complete.
