Service Description
A Free Consultation is a quick, no-pressure starting point to make sure the right training option is chosen from the beginning. This short session is used to discuss goals, training history, current activity level, limitations or past injuries, schedule, and what kind of support is needed (in-person training, online coaching, or a structured program). Recommendations are provided based on what will be the best fit, including which package or program makes the most sense, how often sessions should be scheduled, and what to focus on first. Any questions about services, pricing, expectations, and next steps can be answered here—before committing to anything. This consultation is designed for people who want clarity, structure, and a straightforward plan forward.
Cancellation Policy
Tuff Fitness LLC values clear and professional communication. Clients must select one primary method of communication, either text message or Facebook Messenger, for scheduling, program updates, and general communication. A secondary contact method must also be provided for document sharing, account-related matters, or if the primary method is unavailable. Phone calls are reserved for emergencies only, defined as immediate safety concerns or same-day session disruptions that cannot reasonably be communicated through standard messaging. Messages are typically responded to within twenty-four (24) business hours, excluding weekends and holidays. Coaching services do not include on-demand or twenty-four-hour availability, and response times may vary due to scheduling volume, travel, illness, or unforeseen circumstances. A minimum of twenty-four (24) hours’ advance notice is required for all cancellations or rescheduling requests. Sessions canceled with less than twenty-four (24) hours’ notice, or missed without notice, may be forfeited and counted as used. One courtesy missed session may be granted per package at the sole discretion of Tuff Fitness LLC. Additional missed sessions are not eligible for rescheduling, credit, or refund. Emergency consideration may be made on a case-by-case basis but is not guaranteed. All training sessions, programs, and packages are non-transferable and must be used within the designated timeframe unless otherwise stated. Unused sessions may expire at the end of the program period. Tuff Fitness LLC reserves the right to adjust scheduling or session availability due to holidays, illness, facility closures, emergencies, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control. All communication and interactions are expected to remain respectful and professional. Services may be modified, paused, or terminated if professional boundaries are not maintained or conduct becomes inappropriate. Participation in physical training and exercise involves inherent risks, including muscle soreness, strains, sprains, cardiovascular events, falls, or other injuries. Clients affirm they are physically capable of participating and agree to disclose relevant medical conditions, injuries, limitations, or changes in health status prior to and throughout participation.
