Stephanie Jolley | Personal Trainer
Tuff Fitness LLC
My mission is simple: To help people feel strong, capable, and confident in their bodies. Whether someone wants to stay independent as they age, get back in shape, or keep doing the sports and outdoor activities they love, I focus on smart training, good movement, and building strength that lasts.
Since starting Tuff Fitness in 2022, I’ve coached seniors, adults, youth, and recreational athletes both in person and online. I train clients at Capital City Health Club, through private and in-home sessions, and through virtual coaching for those who need flexibility or remote support. My drive comes from helping people get their life back — moving without pain, feeling strong again, and staying active in the outdoors and sports lifestyle they love. I use NASM-aligned movement assessments and structured programming to keep training safe, effective, and built for sustainable results.

What Our Clients Say
Tuff Fitness has transformed my approach to fitness. The community focus inspires me every day! - Alex Rivera
"Stephanie was so great to work with, She's knowledgeably, encouraging and leads by example. I highly recommend working with her!" - Angela

Stephanie is a wonderful trainer. She listened to my goals and helped me achieve above and beyond what I expected. I only planned to work with her for a few sessions spread over a couple weeks, but she made the gym fun, and kept learning so much, that I continued with her for almost 6 months. She modified exercises to accommodate past injuries and and was respectful of any limitations I had. She was super adaptable to change up workouts anytime I came in with a new injury from skiing, and just being tired from life's challenges. She also knew when to push me to do more, and helped me improve my lifting form and increase my weights. Now I feel confident using gym machines on my own and I know what I am capable of! - Kristina Hein ('23)
